IT'S ABOUT TIME,ANYWAY...

THE WORSE...

RESULTS!!!!!

NEWAY,IM GLAD THAT EXAMS ARE GONNE END.
NERDING EVERYDAY,SITTIN IN THOSE HALLS,LISTENING TO THOSE INVIGILATORS,EXAMS AT 6.30,TIRED LA.

BUT TODAY I WANNA TALK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE.

WAS WATCHING OPRAH FEW DAYS BACK.

IT WAS ABOUT..

Just the facts
On May 1, 1990, Gregory Smart was shot and killed at his home in Derry, New Hampshire. Ultimately, a jury concluded that the killer was a 15 year old high school student named William Flynn. Gregory Smart's wife, Pamela (Pame) Smart was found guilty of accomplice to first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and witness tampering.
Testimony at the trial reported that Flynn and Smart were lovers, and Smart used Flynn as a hit man, threatening to terminate their relationship if he didn't follow through. Smart met Flynn at Winnacunnet High in Hampton, NH where she was the director of media services.
Flynn was sentenced to 28 years for second degree murder, Smart to life without parole. Both Pame Smart and Linda Wojas, her mother, have steadfastly proclaimed Smart's innocence and have been trying to get an appeal heard ever since the trial ended. So far, all requests have been denied.

So i watched the interview between lisa ling and pamela smart.

the thing that i do not understand is,the person who pulled the trigger gets parole but the person who apparently planned it got life in prison and no chance of parole.

I mean,if pamela smart really did plan it all,why would she not admit guilty?if she did,she would get parole and her sentence would be reduced.

but then again...

there was a wiretap proof where pamela and flynn were having a conversation and it seemed like pamela planned it all.

haih.

but what one of the guest on oprah said was true.

'SHE WAS PUNISHED FOR HER SIN,NOT HER CRIME....'

her sin was having a sexual relationship with flynn.

but in the first year of marriage, her husband, greg smart had an affair.that was why pamela decided to do the same.

that's how life is huh?

let God be the judge.
